Eligibility: Men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer
The purpose of the database is to assess outcomes for different treatment modalities for prostate cancer. Men diagnosed with prostate cancer will be given questionnaires every three months to assess quality of life directly related to their prostate cancer and selected treatment. These questionnaires include the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF), Expanded Prostate Cancer Index Composite (EPIC) and Memorial Anxiety Scale for Prostate Cancer (MAX-PC). The prostate cancer quality of life database will also record demographic information, cancer characteristics (genomics, tumor markers, MRI, pathology studies, etc.), treatments/interventions, and PSA levels of patients participating in active holistic surveillance or who have had cryotherapy, CyberKnife®/radiation, prostatectomy or treated with hormones.
